Policy on Domestic and International Shipping

It's important for customers to know that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times You see at the checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please take into consideration high potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated & International shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending upon your location, item, weight, length, and unforeseen events.  For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping to Certain States, please check upon your checkout to see if your state qualifies.  We offer free shipping for instance (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75 or $99). Please see the table page for more information on your shipping options.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Any country not listed in the Do Not Ship to list. 

We do not ship to the following countries: Ukraine, Honduras, Venezuela, Mexico, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Haiti, Bahrain, Egypt, Dominican Republic. 

We offer multiple Various forms of shipping: For international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination and weight (prices vary) prices and time wait varies.

The same policy applies to US residents, we take no liability for lost items sent to our customers during the mailing process. For items above the average amount (e.g. above $10,000 USD) we do request for the items to be sent to us directly from the manufacturer or suppliers to inspect it and send it to our customer. Then again this might delay our shipping process. Just an extra measure to ensure your package arrives safe and sound to its destination.

VAT Fees

Our order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yvelines's is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@yveliness.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We will send a link with the tracking number once your order has shipped out or please check your account for faster check out and tracking of your orders. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please take a look at shipping company policies to check if they deliver to P.O. BOX.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@yveliness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
